Departmentof Energy (DoE) funded $150,000 Research and Development Partnership Pilot project with Salah Faroughi as the PI, and Jelena Tešić and John Tiefenbacher as the co-PIs until Aug 31 2024.

Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) funded $451,875 for a 3-year project "Artificial Intelligence for Pavement Condition Assessment from 2D/3D Surface Images" with Dr. Feng Wang, Civil Engineering as the PI, and Dr. Jelena Tešić as the co-PI.

Jelena Tešić presented the posteron the learning loss impact modeling TX Public Schools in the 2022 Health Scholar Showcase;.

Data Lab received two RTX A6000 48GB GPUs as a gift from NVIDIA. The gift will support the research in developing a high-recall low-noise deep learning system for localizing objects from 20,000 x 20,000 pixel overhead images at various scales from a variable distance.
